Seeking Lead Veterinarian in Multi- DVM Veterinary Clinic in Carmel Valley,  San Diego, CA

We are a new companion animal clinic in San Diego, California. This position will need to be able to lead a team of veterinarians and coach them to continued success. The role will create productivity benchmarks for DVMs and clinic staff all while seeing patients.

We’ve have created an entire seamless experience around pet and vet interactions focusing on the vet as well as the pet’s needs. This encompasses easy scheduling, quick medical record access, seamless pharmaceutical delivery and integrated technology platforms.

Veterinarian Qualifications:

Professional mannerism and exceptional people skills, Experience in Companion Animal Care, DVM degree or equivalent from an accredited university, 5+ years’ professional post-residency experience in Veterinary Medicine, Enjoys the challenge of growing a business, Has an ownership mentality, Flexibility in seeing well and sick patients, including same day appointments

Lead Veterinarian Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Performing examinations, diagnostic, medical, surgical, and dental procedures
Maintaining medical/surgical records
Preview, analyze, and track doctor productivity
Serve as “ambassador” for creating and maintaining goodwill for the company
