Customer Service Representative – St. Georges Veterinary Hospital Full Time

Seeking Receptionist for St. Geroges Veterinary Hospital, Avenel, New Jersey, USA

St. Georges Veterinary Hospital, a well-established and high-quality multi-doctor general practice, is looking for a client care specialist to join our team. St. Georges is dedicated to providing outstanding medical care and customer service for our clients.

Open flexibility is a must as well as Saturday availability. Responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, and ensuring the reception area of the hospital is clean and presentable at all times.

Priority will be given to applicants with receptionist experience in a veterinary hospital. Preferable for 2 years of experience w/ Cornerstone veterinary software.

Candidates must have outstanding skills in client service and communication. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, outgoing personality, a high level of computer proficiency and exceptional telephone communication ability.
