Gardner Animal Care Center is looking for their next exceptional veterinary professional; Our next unicorn.This mythical creature may be a bit difficult to tease out, but we are committed to growing our blessing, and will search the surrounding forests to help draw them out. The magical creature that we seek is a Certified Veterinary Technician, known for their humble demeanor and team building behavior, a strong technical skill set and an ability to assess situations with confidence and put their patients needs first. They communicate with a smile and take time to educate their patient’s people. No task it too menial because the unicorn knows that every action, every task, benefits their whole team. Cleaning cages, phlebotomy, picking up poop, monitoring anesthesia & assisting in surgery, answering the phones and scheduling appointments are all equally important tasks that make GACC successful in caring for our patients whole health. At the end of even our most stressful days, the unicorn is smiling, feeling successful, and sharing that energy with their teammates.
