Veterinary Technician Job Duties:

• Performs venipuncture

• Obtains laboratory collection, processing and possible interpreting (fecal/parasite analysis, ear cytology, skin cytology, urinalysis)

• Performs diagnostic imaging

• Performs periodontal cleaning

• Administers medication

• Fill prescriptions and prepare medications as prescribed

• Client communication and education

• Provides compassionate patient care
