Spay/Neuter Veterinarian Full Time

Seeking spay/ neuter veterinarian for non-profit Community Spay Neuter Clinic, Sacramento, CA USA

We are an established 501c3 non-profit high-quality, high-volume spay and neuter clinic located in Sacramento, CA.  We are seeking an experienced, efficient veterinarian with a passion for spay and neuter who is interested in working in a genuinely unique environment. Full-time preferred but part-time and relief will be considered. Start date and salary negotiable. We have a great working atmosphere with an emphasis on teamwork, and a management team that puts employees first.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Performing high-quality, high-volume spay and neuter surgeries on client-owned, rescue and shelter animals

·         Performing occasional other surgeries as needed

·         Performing pre-surgery exams

·         Providing treatment for minor medical conditions as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

·         DVM/VMD degree and California license required

·         Prior high-quality, high-volume spay neuter or shelter medicine experience strongly preferred

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required

·         A positive attitude and ability to work well with team members is essential
