Desert Paws Mobile Veterinary Care in Tucson, Arizona is looking for a part-time motivated and passionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our full-service veterinary team. We seek a service-oriented and positive Client Service Representative with at least 1 year of direct high-quality small animal care experience.

Requirements –

In addition to being an interesting and fulfilled person outside of work, the ideal candidate will have the following at-work skills:
Speak clearly with a professional and welcoming manner
Effectively manage a multi-line phone system
Accurately process payments
Facilitate positive client interactions and bond clients to our practice
Develop a working knowledge of common wellness needs for dogs and cats
Develop a working knowledge of common illness for dogs and cats
Demonstrate empathy and compassion while remaining professional
Be comfortable working with a Windows-based veterinary software program
Be able to accurately multi-task while maintaining great customer service

Must be able to work 10 hour shifts from 7:30am – 5:30pm 2 – 3 days per week and possible last minute relief shifts for other CSR’s.
