Veterinary Receptionist Part Time Relief

The Eyota Veterinary Clinic in Eyota, MN is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist!
We are seeking an outgoing individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative! This is a part time position M-F 8:00am to 12:00pm.
Client Service Representative Job Description:
o Answer telephone and direct calls in accordance with established process
o Greet clients and provide general information and assistance
o Schedule appointments and surgeries
o Check in appointments and surgeries
o Help to keep the daily schedule flowing and on task
o Sanitizing exam rooms and surgery room after each use
o General animal restraint and surgery preparation
o Assisting with the accurate maintenance of various files in accordance with established procedures.
o Adhering to hospital standards that keep pets safe, and the treatment areas, exam rooms and labs clean and organized
Veterinary Receptionist Experience & Qualifications:
o Must be over 18 years old
o Veterinary experience preferred but not required
o Be a team player
o Able to lift up to 50 pounds
o Ability to multi-task
o Strong communication skills
o Proficient with computers, telephones and other veterinary technology
o Most importantly, be a helpful and positive representative of our clinic – you will be the first impression our clients receive!
